Use your market knowledge to advise both buyers and sellers, continually seeking ways to improve your skills.

Regularly communicate with your line manager to ensure processes are on track and seek guidance when necessary.

Stay updated on the latest trends in the real estate market.

Leverage all available marketing and social media platforms, as well as in-house resources, to support your personal growth.

Always present multiple property options to buyers, aiming to cross-sell or up-sell and ensure clients receive the best choices.

Promote property sales through our advertising channels, participation in multiple listing services, and unique strategies exclusive to freelancers.

Gain knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends and property laws (training will be provided).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or in Business Development & Sales is preferred.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Strong sales, networking, and marketing capabilities.

Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
