We are seeking Off-Plan Agents to join our dynamic team. As part of a skilled and high-achieving group, you’ll collaborate closely with top professionals in the industry.

Role Description:

Meet with clients to identify their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties.

Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Create and manage property listings for both rentals and sales.

Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.

Prepare and review rental and sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and legally compliant. Oversee the contract signing process and manage the paperwork for closing deals.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, property owners, and fellow real estate professionals.

Qualifications:

Possess at least one year of sales experience in a high-performing environmen.

Be fluent in English.

Hold a valid driving license.

Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude.

Excel in a fast-paced, competitive, and supportive work environment.

Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.

Show resilience and a genuine passion for achieving results while fostering long-term client relationships.
